PPCTS INSTALLS FIRST OF THREE MEGAFOLD 1650 CORRUGATED SPECIALTY FOLDER GLUER AT USA CUSTOMER

January 17, 2017. Adding to its growing number of MEGAFOLD installations in North America, PPCTS has installed and commissioned the first of three MEGAFOLD 1650 Corrugated Specialty Folder Gluer at a USA based customer for the converting of offset printed and laminated E, F, B and C flutes corrugated cartons. The Megafold is equipped with individual servo drives for each section, eliminating all mechanical line shafts and gearboxes, motorized carriers with memory recall for fast changeover of repeat jobs, pneumatically operated and loaded upper carriers, servo driven outer final folding belts, as well as many additional features.
